The following constitutes The Mining Basics Group of Canada's billing policy and applies to all of our customers.
PAYMENTS
If you wish to attend courses organized by MBG, your registration and payment will be processed by Eventbrite. You can pay by credit card.
PRIVACY
We collect your information for communication and statistical purposes only. We will not share your information.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Requests for cancellation with refund must be received by MBG at info@minebasics.ca at least 7 days before the start of the event.
Cancellations are not permitted within 7 days of the start of the event, but you may send someone else in your place.
COURSE CANCELLATIONS
MBG reserves the right to cancel the course.
In the event that MBG cancels the course for any reason, the registered participants will receive a full refund.

MBG's policies and prices are subject to change without notice.
